Bellam Boondi Achu which is famously known as Boondi Chakki Mithai or karakajjam is the most popular sweet snack of Andhra Pradesh. The sweet Boondi Achu (Atchu) is loved and consumed by people irrespective of their age groups because of its crunchy, nectarous, and luscious flavor. Sweet Boondi Mithai or Karakajjam is made of gram flour, rice flour, jaggery/ Bellam, and cardamom powder that imparts the most delectable aroma to the sweet.

Karakajjam or Boondi Mithai must be stored in an air-tight container immediately after unpacking. They are best before 15 days from the opening date or date of manufacture.
